Returns & Refunds

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at clubnoire.studio@gmail.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the limited nature of our releases, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
– Items marked as final sale
– Limited drops once sold out
– Worn, washed, or damaged items
– Gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order once your return is approved.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Limited Releases
Club Noir pieces are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed once a return is processed.
